A Global appeal for Anthony

Baby Anthony is a one year old baby from Liberia, West Africa. He has a mother and father that love him dearly, however Anthony was born with hydrocephali, a condition in which his brain can't drain the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) from inside his skull and the collection of fluid disfigures his growing head until he eventually dies from the built up pressure.

Sadly, the life saving treatment he requires cannot be gotten in Liberia. Global Orphan Outreach has brought Anthony to the US on a medical mission and once the treatments are finished and he is physically stable enough to travel he will return home to his family.

A group of surgeons and hospital in the US have donated their services in order that Anthony may have the surgery needed in order for his skull to drain the CSF. He has been in the US for a couple of months and due to some complications we need to raise approximately $3000.00 in order to continue with his care.

We are putting on this silent auction and everyone, and their friends, are invited to participate.
